MFN2抗原；線粒體融合素2重組蛋白多種屬該基因編碼一種線粒體膜蛋白，參與線粒體融合，有助于線粒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)的維護(hù)和運(yùn)作。該蛋白參與調(diào)節(jié)血管平滑肌細(xì)胞增殖，可能在肥胖的病理生理學(xué)中發(fā)揮作用。該基因的突變會導(dǎo)致夏科-瑪麗-圖斯病2A2型和遺傳性運(yùn)動(dòng)和感覺變VI，這兩種疾病都是周圍神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的疾病。該基因的缺陷也與早發(fā)性中風(fēng)有關(guān)。已鑒定出編碼相同蛋白質(zhì)的兩種轉(zhuǎn)錄變體。

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Store at 2-8oC for one month.

Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
