LGMN抗原；天冬酰胺內(nèi)肽酶重組蛋白多種屬 該基因編碼一種半胱氨酸蛋白酶，對(duì)天冬酰胺鍵的水解具有嚴(yán)格的特異性。這種酶可能參與溶酶體/內(nèi)體系統(tǒng)中MHC II類呈遞的細(xì)菌肽和內(nèi)源性蛋白質(zhì)的加工。酶的激活是由酸性pH值觸發(fā)的，似乎是自催化的。單核細(xì)胞分化為樹突狀細(xì)胞后，蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá)發(fā)生。在成熟樹突細(xì)胞中表達(dá)脂多糖后，會(huì)產(chǎn)生一種成熟的活性酶。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do notvortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8oC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
