細(xì)胞分裂周期因子7(CDC7)重組蛋白

細(xì)胞分裂周期因子7(CDC7)重組蛋白真核細(xì)胞中的DNA復(fù)制依賴于復(fù)制起點(diǎn)處復(fù)制前復(fù)合物（preRC）的磷酸化。兩種蛋白質(zhì)復(fù)合物介導(dǎo)了這一事件，即細(xì)胞周期蛋白依賴性激酶（CDK）復(fù)合物和Cdc7激酶ASK復(fù)合物。Cdc7激酶的活性在細(xì)胞周期中振蕩。Cdc7激酶的主要靶點(diǎn)是屬于MCM復(fù)合物的蛋白質(zhì)（迷你染色體維持蛋白）。Cdc7激酶在減數(shù)分裂、檢查點(diǎn)反應(yīng)、染色體結(jié)構(gòu)的維持和修復(fù)中也很重要。

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Store at 2-8oC for one month.

Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
